# Post Types Customizing doesn’t work

 * Hi! I’ve got problems where the ‘Post Types’ customization (Blog Posts, Pages,
   Author Pages, and Search Pages) doesn’t work or loading any features.

 * However the Header, Footer, Colors, and Typography does work.
   Bear with me because
   I’m new to website building. I ‘inherited’ the website from my former colleagues
   without knowing how the website itself is made. Thanks!

 * Let’s verify one thing. This usually happens when software is out of date. Can
   you please check that your entire WordPress software stack is fully up to date?

   WordPress version
   is 5.9.1 and blocksy version is 2.0.22. Is it not compatible?
 * If its not compatible, i read online that my wordpress version isnt up to date
   and it may not possible to upgrade it in the near future (website is supplied
   by company). What can be the solution in my circumstances?

 * That WordPress version is sadly two years old already and many of the features
   used in Blocksy 2 require a more up to date version.
 * It would be highly recommended to update to the latest WordPress 6.4 version 
   in order to ensure stability, security and features working correctly. Otherwise,
   there’s not much that can be done in this case as we do not support such an old
   version I’m afraid. 🙁
