 * Hi,
 * After the latest wordpress update, I find this shortcode:
 * [submit-question]
 * causes an error when I try updating my posts saying it simply fails to update.
 * I have updated your plugin to its latest version as well.
 * Any ideas?
 * Thanks,
    Robin

 * Hi Robin,
 * What error appears when you update a post?
 * Also, do you have debug mode on?

 * Hi, thanks for your reply.
 * Simply Update Failed (not certain on the translation as I’m using Swedish language)

   And no, currently no debug mode.
 * Would you like me to dig deeper in any way?
 * I may add that changes I make are still updating, it’s just that wordpress error
   message says it doesn’t (and the draft functionality does hence not work properly)

 * Hi [@randaro](https://wordpress.org/support/users/randaro/),
 * Does the “Updating failed” message still appear when using the Gutenberg block?
   And do the changes appear on the live site?

 * Hi,
 * Yes, even if I put [submit-question] separately within a separate block I still
   get the error.
 * And yes that’s correct – the changes do appear at the live site.

 * Ok, thank you for confirming. It does seem like there may be an issue where it
   falsely displays the update failed message. It looks as though it does indeed
   always save and there is no actual problem (besides an incorrect warning displaying).
   We’ll look to see if we can find the cause of this. In the meantime, just ignore
   the warning, as you know that it actually is still saving.
