    I would like the whole post to be visible every Tuesday between 10 am and 11 am and on Friday between 1 pm and 2 pm. Is it possible with this plow?

    No, this is not possible. The post itself can not be “hidden”. Either a post exists or not. A non existing post would cause an 404 error if people try to access it.
