# %postal_code% not resolved

 * I’ve found another post from another user experiencing the same issue and strangely
   the post has been closed as resolved but it still persists.
 * I’ve added a new shipment provider with the following custom URL:
    [https://planzer-paket.ch/en/home/empfangen?sendungsNr=%number%&plz=%postal_code%](https://planzer-paket.ch/en/home/empfangen?sendungsNr=%number%&plz=%postal_code%)
 * When I click the tracking link, the variable %number% is replaced while %postal_code%
   is not and I get and error page.
 * Please advice.

 * Partially solved. %postal_code% is NOT resolved in “Preview: Track Shipment” 
   but it’s embedded in the link created after saving.

 * which topic is NOT resolved? there is no issue with the custom provider, you 
   can check the docs how to create the custom URL and if you do not succeed, you
   can share the tracking URL that displays the results and I will take a look.
