# Postcode doesn’t work

 * Hello. I need to put a different value on shipping to the islands of Portugal.
   
   I am trying through postal codes to make those executions. But it is not working.
   Can someone help me please?

 * Thanks for contacting us.
 * I have reviewed your screenshot and found that you have added the postcodes with
   range and each postcode separated by comma(,).
 * In our postcode textarea you can’t add the range postcode but only you can add
   full postcode each with a new line only.
 * Can you please update the rules as mentioned or you can upgrade our plugin to
   the latest version and add rules by zone in which you can add the postcode with
   range using the wild cart(*).

 * I use Advanced Free Shipping, which works fine for Portugal
