# Postcode restriction

 * How can I remove the restriction from postcode? I have a Mexico postcode that
   has alpha and special characters as below. It will not accept.

 * Is the problem with saving the event / location or with entering the address 
   into the map and viewing the correct address?

 * When I save this postcode or ZIP (exactly this text below)
 * C.P. 01210 México D.F.
 * it gives the following error and will not save the Events > Locations > MY LOCATION
   IN MEXICO.
 * “Your location details are incorrect and cannot be published, please correct 
   these errors first:
 * Something went wrong updating your location to the index table. Please inform
   a site administrator about this.”

 * I just tried it in a different site and it does the same thing. I don’t think
   it is accepting alpha or special characters that is the issue.

 * I’m not sure what the problem is because I’m able to use that postcode as you’ve
   posted it (it’s coming up with an address on _Hid Zitoon Hapas_).
 * Are you able to use different postcodes that follow the same format?
