Posting automation

Hi to everyone! I would like to make the following thing:

1. a form
2. the records inserted in the form by an user will be used in an automated way to make a blog post that will not be instantly published but it will wait for the authorization by an admin (and the admin can modify this post)
3. the user that have inserted the data in the form will be able to modify all the posts that he has generated. However the modifications, in order to be valid should be confirmed by an admin

Is possible to do this with one or more plugin?
