 * I see that my readers need to register to post comments, how can I make it possible
   for them to just post their name, site , email address and their comment, then
   just submit it like on other wordpress sites ?

 * Log in to your WordPress blog.
 * Go to Options -> General
 * In the “Membership” section, uncheck “Users must be registered and logged in 
   to comment’
