Posting problem

    just started to add some posts this morning and the widget on the right hand side for publishing or scheduling a new post now only gives and option to “Submit for review” and I can’t see a setting to change that will bring back the option to publish or schedule. Does anyone know where that setting is hidden?

    It might be you are using the user, which have role contributor,

    I had thought it may be a profile issue but when I go to my profile i don’t see a way of changing it. I should be the only user with a profile any more than “subscriber” but cannot seem to find what has changed or how to alter my status to administrator.

    Are you the admin of that WordPress site?

    Form admin account you can change the role.
