Posting/Saving Problem

I’m having problems posting. When I write a post and I click any of the options (“Save and Continue Editing”, “Save” or “Publish”) I get a “406 Not Acceptable” with the following message “An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/post.php could not be found on this server.” I haven’t done anything to chance my setup, so this is kinda just starting on its own it seems. Should I reinstall or something? Any and all help is much appreciated.
