# postpermalink post NOT working

 * Hi all,
    I just noticed that all my postpermalink codes are not working anymore.
   Can tell why.
 * For example:
 *     ```
       <strong>[postpermalink post="18077"]</strong><img src="https://www.dday-overlord.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/bataille_normandie_elargissement-1.jpg" alt="Lien : Elargissement de la tête de pont alliée en Normandie" width="180" height="180" border="0" /><strong>[/postpermalink]</strong>
       Becomes :
       [postpermalink post= »18077″]Lien : Elargissement de la tête de pont alliée en Normandie[/postpermalink]
       ```

 * It would appear that whatever registers that shortcode is no longer active on
   your site. Did you change a theme or deactivate any plugins?
 * Try installing [https://wordpress.org/plugins/string-locator/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/string-locator/)
   and use it to search for ‘postpermalink’.
