Posts disappearing

    Has anyone else had any issues where posts, pages and widgets randomly disappear? The only thing I can think that might be causing the issue is the Multipost MU plugin because thats really the only plugin that works across all sites. Is there something else that I could look at or does anyone have any experience with something like this happening?

    I have checked the Database and the posts are gone. Also the photos in the upload folders are gone as well.

    I have checked the Database and the posts are gone. Also the photos in the upload folders are gone as well.

    Well that’s not good. I’ve only seen that when the server had a massive rollback.

    Yeah, we were on tech support with them and they swear nothing like that happened. We host with Rackspace.

    When does this happen? I know you said randomly, but since you also mentioned the Multipost MU plugin, does it happen only when you multipost?

    It’s kinda hard to pin point when and how this is happening, my best guess it when we do a multi-post. Yesterday we published a page using that plugin and at that point we noticed that data was wiped out. So that is the best guess. But it could have happened earlier in the day or on Monday.

    I’m torn about what to do.

    On the one hand, I’d say make a backup and try to Multipost again. See what happens.

    On the other, you’d THINK more people would report it!

    Anything weird in your error logs?
