Posts display location

Hi guys, good evening, I have set up a blog, problem is a client seems to have adjusted the pages or post properties (I’m not sure what they have done actually). heres the blog http://www.robbisplace.com/

Now, when you post a “new post” the post goes straight to the birds nest page, instead of the homepage.
How can I fix this?

Once I have done the above, A second thing I was wondering was if its possible to: choose which page I want a new post to appear?
