Title: Posts Duplicating in Database Last modified: August 21, 2016 --- # Posts Duplicating in Database * Resolved [DirtyLend](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dirtylend/) * (@dirtylend) * [12 years, 2 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/posts-duplicating-in-database/) * I recently set up a wordpress blog to share my pictures with family and friends and it ran fine for about 2 weeks. The last few days however random posts have been duplicating and reduplicating. When i logged in this morning there were 7 of the latest post varying numbers of copies of all the others. Now this isn’t just in the DB, this is on my front page. Not acceptable. Does anyone have some ideas as to how i can go about hunting this down, its not something i can trigger so i can’t exactly just cut off one plugin at a time and see if it happens. The duplication seems to be completely random and has me rather flummoxed and frustrated. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems. * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F) by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. And it did not come back till i had reactivated all my plugins and went to reactivate my theme. So one of my plugins does not play nice with photoria i would guess. I say that as i had photoria from the beginning, then again there was a recent wp update wasn’t there…. either way issue solved for now. thanks man.
