# * Page Text Inexplicably Cut Short

 * When I edit a page and click Update Page, only the first 100 words or so of my
   post are retained, and everything else is DELETED from my post.
 * If I add one or two words every save, I can stretch it up to about 180, but that’s
   about it. After saving, I look in the source code, both in the Visual tab and
   in the Web browser in the finished page, and there’s no comment or unfinished`
   <div>` or anything else preventing the rest of the text from being shown — it’s
   simply not in the code anywhere, as if I’d never typed it at all.
 * Can someone please tell me what’s going on?
 * Thanks a lot for any help! I’m on a tight deadline and I really need to get this
   site launched. Thanks again!
