Hi there,
If I understand correctly, you want to display a set of posts by category on some page.
1. You can just use WordPress’s category pages for that. For example, on your website, your category page for receips is already created by WordPress.
2. You can also link to that page in your navigation menu. Go to WordPress dashboard. Now Go to, Appearance > Menus. Look for “Categories” from left pane, and add appropriate categories to your menu.
However, WordPress add “Category:” before your category title. You can remove that by using instructions at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/categories-280/
