# Posts question

 * My theme uses a custom post type for Portfolio posts. I’d like to be able to 
   select it as well as normal posts when adding my automatic content. I can only
   select “posts” or “portfolio” posts under ‘select post type’ in the drop down
   menu though, not both. The Portfolio posts do now show up in the filter by category
   menu. Is there anyway I can select both?

 * Basically, in order to achieve that you will need to have two separates “**Automatic
   latest content**” blocks in the same newsletter.(step2 of the newsletter creation)
   
   Each block will refer to a different type of content.

 * If I understand it right, tdu wants a) to choose multiple post types in one block
   and b) also want to choose the category of the custom post type (and not only
   posts).
 * a) Can be achieved by putting two seperate blocks in one newsletter but can it
   also be mixed in one block?
 * b) Isn’t possible as far as I know. I also want to choose the categories of my
   custom post types. So how to solve this?
