# Posts won’t load after moving to new server…ugh

 * So after hours of tinkering I’m trying to figure out why my posts won’t load 
   on my site.
 * The site was built on a different server & I transferred the site to a new server&
   have it up & running, uploaded the files, imported posts, etc but can’t figure
   out why the posts won’t load.
 * I followed the WP instructions on how to migrate it & I can see posts when I 
   log in on the admin side for the new site, I even created a new post & can view
   the previews but nada
 * Any help would be appreciated, thanks

 * you need to update your .htaccess file in the wordpress installation folder on
   the new server. go to admin->Settings->Permalinks the content for your .htaccess
   file should be there, if you can’t find your old .htacess file to upload.
