• I’m having an issue with a new website I built using Thrive Themes. In particular Thrive Theme Builder will not Save when I make a change to the template design. Thrive Themes support disabled ALL plugins one by one and the culprit was “Security by CleanTalk” is there a particular setting that I need to disable for Security to not conflict with Thrive Theme Builder saving?

    Also a separate issue is this error in WP admin:

    The API key is NOT Empty. Not sure why that error is even showing up. CONEWAGO.COM is the domain.

    Please help! I’m a long-time paying customer using your products and I’m under a very tight deadline for this client and the Security By CleanTalk refuses to allow me to SAVE my Thrive Theme Builder Template. It will work with Thrive Architect side but not Thrive Theme Builder!

    Ok I Keep testing because I’m under a very tight deadline, when I turn off the Firewall in General settings the page will actually save!!!!! So what do I do? Can I not use the firewall with Thrive Theme Builder for this particular website? I’m at a loss as to why it will not save the template design when I’m editing using Thrive Themes product – Thrive Theme Builder. Do you have any insight or can you look into the issue please?

    Oh my gosh I installed security by cleantalk on conewagomfg.com and it’s doing the EXACT same thing!!!!! This is really frustrating.

    In the Cleantalk dashboard I did use an existing account and changed the domain so maybe your system is glitched and doesn’t like when people do it that way?

    Please help this issue is holding me back.

    Please do not mark this as resolved. I had to wait for your reply for over 24 hours and you give me a “paying customer” only less than 8 hours to respond. I don’t think that’s very fair do you?
