    Hello

I updated the website’s theme recently, and I think the updated theme moved language folders or something, because before the update the translated strings were appearing just fine, but now, since the update, they appear in english (should be spanish).

The .po and .mo files are in the custom folder languages/loco/themes

Where should the .pot file be located??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

WordPress does not use the .pot file.

If your theme suddenly changed its text domain then this would mean the files would all need moving. Establish first if that’s actually the case, because it’s not particularly likely and it sounds rather like you’re guessing. There are many other, more common reasons for translations not showing.

    hi! Thanks for replying!

yes, without a doubt i was doing a lot of guessing, not knowing exactly which paths had changed, since the theme had a child theme, and the parent theme had new folders…

in any case, I ended up doing something right, (I THINK) it was deleting the languages folder in the child theme, and then synchronizing locotranslate files again. Because now, everything is back to normal and translated correctly.

    Thanks for your awesome plugin!
