Powerful plugin and awesome support

We need an extensive search technology to replace the built-in WP one and that had lots of functionality but was simple enough to implement quickly on a basic level, with multiple search instances, for all kinds of post types. Basically we wanted all the flexibility and none of the drawbacks and I wasn’t sure if I was going to find it but to me this one fits the bill, and the support has been awesome along the way. Each ticket has been answered in depth (many questions are already answered in the documentation) and quickly.
