# PPCA error

 * I’m an admin on the FB page. I’m following the instructions here: [https://smashballoon.com/doc/facebook-ppca-error-notice/](https://smashballoon.com/doc/facebook-ppca-error-notice/)
   to fix this. It never asks me to approve permissions. I’ve done the auto method,
   and the manual method. I’ve deleted the feeds and tried again.
 * I’m stumped.

 * Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Please try reauthorizing the
   Smash Balloon app with the steps in [this guide](https://smashballoon.com/doc/reauthorizing-our-facebook-app/?facebook)
   and then in _Facebook Feed > Settings > Manage Sources_, delete the current connection
   to your page and reconnect.

   and also include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings.
