# Pre-2.0 was much better—this new version is a headache.

 * I used to pay yearly for the Pro version before ReviewX 2.0, and honestly, I 
   regret updating. The free version of 2.0 doesn’t even work properly. It’s constantly“
   synchronizing with my shop” but never actually completes—stuck at 35% forever,
   all while slowing down my site.
 * I had been a paying Pro user before, but after this experience, I won’t be renewing.
   It’s really disappointing because the older version looked and worked great. 
   They tried to fix something that wasn’t broken, and in the process, made it worse.
