 * I am installing the plugin with Google Cloud Storage on a test server to start
   with, is it easy enough to move to a live server (different domain / database)?

 * If you plan to create a copy of your test data, just use any of the standard 
   MySQL tools. For example, mysqldump will export the whole WordPress database 
   into a file that you can later import on your production site. In fact, WP2Cloud
   makes data copy easier and more robust, because the database dump now includes
   the media, so the dump fully represents all website’s data.
 * But if you just want to change the webserver while reusing the site’s data, all
   you need to do is to configure storage access on the new server, in my.cnf.
    
   In case you rely on cloud hosting (Amazon AWS or Google Cloud) and Yapixx image
   as your starting point, all configuration can be done via the instance meta data(
