 * Is there a way to tell this plugin about users who’ve not logged in yet? With
   CAS Maestro, you can set a role for users before they get to the site, and it
   will email them to say that they have a pre-approved account and can log in now.

 * Yes, you can add users to the approved list before they log in.

 * You can set a default role for all new users (see screenshot 6), and you can 
   also customize individual roles for each user in the approved list.

 * Finally, you can send an email to users when you add them to the approved list.
   The **Login Access** tab in settings has an option called “Send a welcome email
   when approving a new user,” and you can customize the email subject and body 
   if you select that option.
