1) You do not have the “Green Lock” on your donate page: https://www.ourladyoftheisland.com/donations/support/ This means that there are insecure elements (most likely images) that are being loaded over HTTP instead of HTTPS. Read our guide on that here:

2) If you mean the Pending email when users donate via Credit Card (Stripe), that is a known bug and we’re planning to release a fix next week with some nice new features as well.
