# Preformatted table into posts

 * I need to insert a form into each single post which belongs to a certain category.
   Such form is essentially a table that shows labels on a column and fields – on
   the other column – where I have to put data referred to the post written.
 * Does exist a way to automate the process to insert such form/table per each post?
   Any plugin?
    Thanks.

 * No it doesn’t help.
    I need a form with spaces in blank that I have to fill in
   per each single post belonging to a certain category. Not sure if it is clear…
