   supports preload=”auto”
 * “auto” – the audio should be loaded entirely when the page loads.
 * Without preload, when the button is clicked, certain sound in the beginning is
   missing. I would have to click again.

   is not your current file that might be corrupted.

 * I am using the most basic shortcode like:

 * I think you are right, it could be related to wav files being corrupted. I am
   using a tool to create the file and the wav file format might not be entirely
   correct.
 * I found that my old wav files were ok.
