 * I am using LiteSpeed Cache plugin for superior speed but I have a problem with
 * “For the Preload key request, I find that CSS (gmw.css?ver=4.17) is loaded by
   a JS script. For those async scripts our plugin cannot rewrite the content, please
   contact that plugin author for the improvement.”

    At the moment no, there’s no option for it. But we’ll see if we can move
   things around in the next update 👍
