 * Is it ok to do image preloading while using this plugin? ie
 * `<link rel="preload" href="/wp-content/uploads/image.jpg" as="image">`
 * If the jpg is preloaded, then presumably it might not be needed. So should you
   preload the webp? But in that case, it might not be needed for browsers not supporting
   webp.
