# Preloading issue

 * hello,
 * my preload is stuck at
    Preloading posts found in sitemap: 78 out of 618 URLs
   preloaded
 * I have optimized, cleared all the cache, deactivated, and activated the plugin
   again.
    but it still occurs.
 * please assist.

   a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
    You can find this log through your web
   hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the
   PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.

   help much, could you please try to increase the `max_execution_time` and `memory_limit`
   variables in php.ini file with help of your host and check if it helps to fix
   the issue?

    i have asked the host to increased.

   a conflict test yet?
 * Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
 * If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can
   check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one 
   is causing problems.
 * Please let us know your findings.`
