    Hi all,

    1. We have inherited a WordPress client using 4.8 and the Yoast Premium plugin.
From what we understand the current license is provided by the previous web-host at a considerable cost billed monthly.

As the client no longer wishes to have any further dealings with the previous web-host they have asked us to determine how they go about ‘migrating’ the plugin to themselves completely.

    2. Oddly the Yoast Premium License tab in WordPress shows:
    License status: ACTIVE

Your Yoast SEO Premium license will expire on October 29th 2015. Renew your license now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

  • Hi @ideal2017,

It seems like your issue is specifically related to Yoast SEO Premium license.
We recommend you to talk to the premium support team for more details.

How can I get premium support?

As we are not the holders of the license we have received the response below each time we have asked for information:

    Thanks for emailing us.

As much as we’d love to help, the license is not registered to you. Therefore, the license holder would need to contact us for all support requests. If the license holder prefers, they can grant us permission to work directly with you for their license. Please have the license holder email us and cc you into the conversation to grant permission.

Please review your non-premium support options here: How can I get support?
