* Hello,
In the support threads, I see that you were working on a premium version
of the plugin…is that not complete yet? I would like to have some features like:
1. subpage title in the subpage url 2. Ajax loading of the subpages, and 3. Table
of content as a left-side panel Thanks, Jayanta

* willing to pay a bit 10$ would be fine, still issue with url /37 /6 is not pretty
should be something like /name-of-title
* and like [@jkmwp](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jkmwp/) said subpage title
in the subpage url Page 2 of 5 is not seo friendly
