Preparation Time

    Hi, I have some problems with the preparation time. I have a preparation time of 60 minutes but if I order something at 7:00 pm with a delivery time at 7:30 pm I can still order. Isnt it supposed to deny me the service?

    Hello,

    It works like this. If you are browsing at 7PM it will add 60 min to current time and show you 8PM in the time selection option. Once this time is set, if you skip 30mins and browse at 7:30PM again, then it won’t restrict you and user still can order.

    Let us know if you have any other scenarios and still facing the problem.
