Prices entered inclusive of tax.

If we buy the pro version, is there a setting possible that we can create a zone say the US, and add flat $50 to all our product prices or say add 10% cost and convert it to USD by currency converter?

For Example:
X product has Indian price as 750INR which is equivalent to $10.2
I want it to display price as 825INR (750+10%) = $11.2 and all this without manually entering prices. Just using currency convertor and adding 10% or flat $50.
