Yes, right now it is only possible within the Media Edit page. But you are right, I should a add this directly into the Media list through an option (not by default, I think it’s a bit messy to have too many columns).
Does this plugin rename the files into Spanish?

i have a news website and we are reposting news via Feeds.
everything is ok with the images but there’s no ALT value for all the images , the plugin we use to get news via feed change image title according to the post title , My question for you , does the plugin grab Alt from meta title? like that plugin

The plugin can copy the Title in the ALT in the metadata of your media but doesn’t modify the HTML directly, simply because it’s too dangerous to do so. I am thinking of adding an option for those who really want it though but that would come with warnings 🙂
