    I sent this same question to you on your Contact page off of your main web site but on the off chance that I should be trying to contact you here I will repeat myself.

    I am curious about how your plugin works in relationship to the posts that have already been created. Must they be recreated in your “announcements” format? Is there anyway to get your plugin to recognize the posts already made on my site an slot them into the timeline based on their creation date? I suppose I could use a plugin that would automatically pull my posts into an announcement but I hope that isn’t necessary. If it is how would I go about making your announcements format exactly like my posts are currently formatted? Would that even work? Some advice in this area is crucial to my project so I very much appreciate your feedback. Best—Karl

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site as you’ve done.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. That also includes pre-sales questions. I’m sure they will want to get back to you via their site.

    Hey Karl,

    I believe that I responded to your email – but it may have been in response to an additional user.

    I do understand that these forums are not for premium support and/or pre-sale questions, so I will keep the explanation short. While this does qualify as a pre-sale question, I do receive a lot of inquiries about such a feature within the plugin.

    To respond to that: At the moment, there is no way to implement other post types into a timeline. While it certainly IS possible, it would take some leg work and custom code on your end. I am working on a feature that would allow for that – but at the moment there is no hard release date set.

    I am responding here because I know that others will have issues, but please feel free to reach out to me via the contact form on our site – and I will gladly answer any additional questions that you may have.
