Pretty virtual file link for static HTML export

Hi, I design the site of my company with wordpress and export it to static HTML (WinHTTrack). After the export I have always to fix the link to the Simple Custom CSS (https://www.domain.com?sccss=1&ver=4.2.2). I think the export tool would handle a valid link like https://www.domain.com/sc.css probably correct. E.g. with activated pretty permalinks the common plugin Google XML Sitemaps does this. So I know that’s sound like you should change your plugin to fix a bug of the export tool but it would be nice and realy helpful for me. So please condire this change.
