prevent user email?

    I have to reimport for extra columns and users. Is there a way to completely prevent email notifications to the users? I have unchecked the Send Mail boxes and the Mail Options say deactivate WordPress automatic email but I did before and the notifications still went out.

    @patbell101,

    Good evening, plugin can deactivate his own notifications and also can try to disable the action of WordPress core.

    But if you have any other plugin that activate the WordPress core action (or other plugin with his own mail notification) we can’t solve it.
