I just installed your plugin and now when I try to add an image to my media library I get this message:

The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2013/11

When I disable the plugin the images upload without a problem. I’m scared to update your plugin on my other site for this reason. Any ideas what the cause is?

No idea, I’ve never seen or had this problem reported before. There must be another variable on your site that’s not on my test setup, or on most other sites.

Can you turn on debug logging and send me the log created when you activate the plugin and attempt an upload?

See Example wp-config.php for debugging here:

You can post the log here, or email it to me: http://ThoughtRefinery.com/contact/

    Thanks,
I’ve sent you the log via email. It’s strange, I’ve deactivated all of my other plugins thinking there might be a conflict but still having the same problem.

Turns out it was the theme, not the plugin causing this issue. Marking as resolved.
