Plugins appear to update without error but once the cache is deleted all plugins revert to old versions. This issue is new and appears to have started over the past week. Are there file privileges that I should look at that cause this issue?

I’m not sure that this would be a WP Super Cache issue. We’re caching the HTML output of the front-end of your site—not the PHP files or the file system that would result in that kind of action.

If you disable WP Super Cache, does this behavior continue?
