 * When I enter the “[http://&#8221](http://&#8221); portion of the URL in the “
Application email/URL” field and click preview the form reloads and all of the
fields are empty. If I enter the URL without the http:// portion it works as
   expected.
 * Have you heard of this issue before. Any suggestions?

 * Yes I have – this is due to a server level security rule preventing any field
with ‘http’ from being posted. Your hosting provider will need to fix this for
you – it’s done by something called ‘mod_security’

 * I don’t think this is the case as I can enter [http://mywebsite.com](http://mywebsite.com)
in the Company website field and not experience the same issue. It seems to be
   specific to the Application email/URL.
 * It should also be noted that this is issue started happening within the last
day or two. I have tried disabling all other plugins and still experience the
   issue

 * mod_security rules can affect fields by name for example – I don’t know if it
affects all fields, I just know that the issue you describe has been mod security
in the past. Check server logs/contact host and you can confirm this for sure
since this kind of thing gets logged.
 * There is no bug in the plugin itself; test my demo site if you want to confirm
