# Preview cannot be loaded error

 * Hello,
 * Just added this plugin with Essential Addons Pro and can’t seem to get it working.
   I’ve looked through troubleshooting recommendations like upgrading WP memory 
   limit to 512, turned off all plugins, etc all with no results.
 * I am seeing this particular error in the log: PHP: 2019-04-09 08:21:55 [error
   X 1][/home/climat35/2019.climateresolve.org/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/
   base/controls-stack.php::609] Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted(
   tried to allocate 36864 bytes) [array (
    ‘trace’ => ‘ #0: Elementor\Core\Logger\
   Manager -> shutdown() ‘, )] JS: showing 1 of 1

 * That error would indicate you are running out of memory but the 512 you allocated
   should be enough. Have you contacted Essential Addons Pro support to see if they
   have a solution?
