# Preview doesn’t load

 * Hello,
    I have a problem with your plugin. When I select a file, it is uploaded
   as it should be. But nothing happens after that. The preview does not load, only
   the loading bar can be seen. And the data for the model does not load either.
   Then when I refresh the page, the uploaded model is loaded and shown in the preview,
   but the data about the model is not correct, which is why the price shown is 
   way too high.

 * OK, I found the problem. I’ve also installed your Woo 3D Viewer Plugin and after
   I deactivated it 3Dprint Lite is working again. I also found another compatibility
   problem with these two plugins. On mobile the product images aren’t loading. 
   Now, after I deactivated Woo 3D Viewer, they’re also loading again.
