Preview not showing changes

    Hello,
    I installed the free plugin. I made a duplicate of the Cupcake Order Form and changed the name to Custom Order Request Form, deleted the radio button options and added my own options. I clicked the “Update” button and then clicked the Preview button. However, the Cupcake Order form shows up in the preview and not the form I edited. What am I doing wrong?
