Previously 1 appending CSV, now multiple files

    We have been using your plugin for some exporting of GravityForms data recently and it was appending to a single CSV file. After recent updates (of both Gravity Forms and your plugin) its not generating separate CSV files for each submitted entry. How can we revert it back to a single CSV file that appends each record?

    We are using GF version 2.5.7, and Gravity Forms Scheduled Entries Export version 1.5.1.
