price conversion issue

    I find that when I import an item the price seems to be increased by the shipping from my location, however it also seems to reflect that same price in a location with cheaper shipping costs. does the system usually calculate the price based on the original import or by the location of the customer?

    Hi,
    Actually, this is how it works. The shipping cost included in product price is fixed.
    There is a feature to calculate shipping cost(no need to add shipping cost to product price when import) when your customers shop on your site like on AliExpress but it’s only available in the pro version.
