price is calculated wrong

The prices in my webshop is wrong on all products. There where some default settings related to price calculation in the plugin.. I removed the setting about giving 200% anyway. After all my changes I decided to make a test import again.

price on aliexpress $16,75
price on our webshop is NOK 419
We set exchange rate to 25,5
419/16,75 = 25,015, but should have been 25,5

of other details we have:
price range <empty>
– increase by percentage
– sales price -1%
– regular price 0%

default
– multiply with
– sales price 1
– regular price 1

fraction part:
price range 0 – 0
compared part range is 0
(basically everything is 0 here)

I dont understand why the price calculation is wrong
