# pricing issues

 * Hello – two issues I can’t seem to figure out. I’ve enabled Wholesale Global 
   Option with 50% discount. Most items display correctly but I am seeing some errors.
 * First, I have products that are $7. It shows correct wholesale price at $3.50,
   but the savings calculation are incorrect showing up as $4. here is a screenshot

 * Secondly, all of my variable products display as: $0.00 – $0.00

 * hello – I deleted the previous plugin and installed the updated plugin. My #1
   pricing issue was fixed. Thank you.
 * however I am still having the same issues with my variable products displaying
   as: $0.00 – $0.00
    Save: (0% – 0%)
 * No wholesale pricing has been added to the variations.

 * If you are using the Global pricing option then do not add wholesale prices in
   the individual variation.

 * I have not added any wholesale prices in the individual variation. but the prices
   show up as $0. see screenshot examples here – wholesale price is blank

 * can you provide more details on how to contact your support on your official 
   site? when I go to [https://wpexperts.io/support/](https://wpexperts.io/support/)
   and select “Wholesale for Woocommerce” from the list, I am directed to woocommerce.
   com to create a ticket. is this the correct method?
