 * i have a content page with insert a Form and this will be filled by user for 
   print.
    But when i klick the print button, the fields are empty. What can i do
   to print this filled fields?

   it is displayed by the browser, i.e. the data from the fields will not be transferred
   to the pdf/print version of the pages or posts. However, you can request a paid
